Soil displacement piles
Used for intermediate founding of buildings and civil engineering structures.

Applied to all kinds of soil.

The method consists in impact-free forming of reinforced concrete piles in the ground without producing spoil. A special auger pushes the soil sideways and compacts it on the side surface of the pile both while drilling and withdrawing. In the first phase of column formation, a hole is drilled and the reinforcement is introduced. Afterwards auger is pulled up and concrete under pressure is handled to the borehole. That ends forming process.

The Effect

  • Piles with diameters ranging from 0.4 to 0.8 m.
  • Pile lengths up to 20 m.
  • High load-bearing capacity.
